Контекст: статистическая методика обработки данных при исследовании фармакокинетики препарата Arithmetic Cmax and AUC of Day 15 were 65 and 74%, respectively, of the extent of Day 1. The statistical tests indicated a statistically significant difference between Day 1 and 15 for Cmax, the true ratio with 90% probability was between 29% and 78%. The true ratio for AUC0-168h was between 16% and 87% (p = 0.0608), reflecting the high variability of the parameters. Заранее спасибо! |
