Контекст:
The [Business Partner] represents and warrants that it will comply with all applicable laws in respect of the activities contemplated by this Agreement, including, without limitation, laws and regulations relating to taxation, exchange controls, and customs requirements, as well as with any anti-corruption, antitrust, anti-money laundering or other criminal law, rule or regulation applicable to Siemens or the [Business Partner] (including either of their ultimate owners). Furthermore, the [Business Partner] represents and warrants that it will adhere to Siemens’ anti-corruption, antitrust and anti-money laundering principles as described in the attached Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines (or any successor guidelines), and as further explained in the Anti-Public Corruption Compliance Information which is appended as Annex [2], and/or such other guidelines as are otherwise provided to the [Business Partner] by Siemens, which form a constituent part of this Agreement.
