(f) Automatic changeover system “armed”. For this condition to be true, the automatic changeover selector switch must be in the “automatic” position, the bus-section switch must be “racked” in and open with the closing springs charged, both of the incoming circuit breakers must be “racked in” and closed, and the automatic changeover circuit must be energised.
