• Сумма основного долга по Договору займа 10 400 000,00 (Десять миллионов четыреста тысяч) рублей 00 копеек. Задолженность по процентам согласно Дополнительному соглашению к Договору займа б/н от 09 апреля 2007 года на дату подписания данного Соглашения составляет 3 846 860,26 (Три миллиона восемьсот сорок шесть тысяч восемьсот шестьдесят) рублей 26 копеек.

Договор от [дата] - agreement of. Где глагол в первом предложении? Вместо запятой в числе должна быть точка. На дату - as of.

1. "в счет исполнения обязательств" на форуме уже было.
2. assignment agreement of the loan - звучит как-то странно, не находите? Вбейте в гугль и посмотрите, что получится.
3. Agreement не "about", наверное, а on. И куда делся предлог после claims?
