i m not sure what zaochno means here, and although technically in absentia means in his/her absence, it has such a strong court flavor, i'd be reluctant to use it here. the investments commission evaluated project effectiveness (a world bank term for otkrytie proekta) in the absence of the project team/project preparation group. or the investments commission discussed project effectivenss over long distance (that is, everybody stayed wherever they lived in, and yet particiapted in the discussion through a video/teleconference) it depends what zaochno means here. |
