Не могу понять, как правильно перевести выражение guaranteed margin of 9 % в следующем контексте (пункт iii). Помогите, пожалуйста.

The Seller shall sell the Seasonings to the Buyer at a price calculated by aggregating the following:

(i) the Seller’s COGS for the Ingredients.

(ii) the Seller’s conversion value add fee (determined in accordance with Schedule [ ]) for every kilogram of the Seasonings sold by the Seller to the Buyer pursuant hereto (“the Fee”.)

(iii) the Seller’s guaranteed margin of 9 % of the aggregate of items (i) to (iv) (inclusive)

(altogether “the Formula”)
