In the attached letter we set out our respective responsibilities in connection with:
(a) the statutory audit of the Company's financial statements;
(b) the preparation and submission to the Income Tax Authorities of the tax computations and the "additional tax information package"; and
(c) accounting and financial reporting matters.

We will also review the additional tax information package required by the Tax Authorities which will be prepared by the Company's staff.

The preparation of the additional information package, tax computations and returns of income are the responsibility of the Company and you should review and approve these prior to signing.
