09 января 2010 года состоялось заседание Межведомственной комиссии по вопросам приобретения государством отчуждаемых прав на недропользование (их части) и (или) долей участия (пакетов акций) в юридическом лице, обладающем правом недропользования.
По итогам рассмотрения комиссия приняла решение: нецелесообразным вносить предложение в Правительство Республики Казахстан о приобретении государством отчуждаемых 25% долей участия в уставном капитале ТОО «ГРК «Тохтар»

On 09th of January, 2010 the meeting of Inter-departmental Commission regarding acquisition of alienated rights on subsurface resources management (their part) and (or) participation share (stock of shares) in the name of legal entity, having the right for subsurface resources management by government took place.
According to the results consideration Commission made a decision: that it is not expedient to contribute suggestion to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on acquisition of alienated 25% of participatory share in the authorized capital of LLP “GRK”Tokhtar”

Вариант (пусть юристы поправят, если что не так):
The Interdepartmental Committee's meeting on government aqcuizition of the alienable rights (or the part thereof) for using the subsoil reserves and/or interest (share packages) in a legal entity holding a subsoil use right took place on January 9, 2009.
The meeting came to the following conclusion: submitting a proposal to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding government purchase of 25 percent alienable interest in the authorized capital of GRK Tokhtar shall be deemed unreasonable.
