At least one of the axes is no longer sized.
The axes movement menus cannot be accessed with the exception of Manual mode where the axes can be moved at low speed.
Carry out the sizing cycle for the axes.
If all the axes are sized at least once, this message will only appear when the machine is powered the first time: when powered again, the axes are subjected to a particular sizing operation without needing to be moved.
Only if the machine is disconnected from the power source when at least one axis is moving will this message appear when the machine is powered again.

может так лучше?

Сообщение отображается при (повторном) включении, если в момент отключения аппарата от источника питания как минимум одна ось находилась в движении/вращалась.

Данное сообщение отобразится при повторном включении аппарата лишь в случае, если аппарат будет отключен от источника питания в момент перемещения как минимум одной из осей.
