Добраый день!

Помогите, пожалуйста сформулировать поточнее вразы "we shall keep the Bank indemnified from and against" и "incurred or suffered by" в следующем контексте:

"We shall keep the Bank indemnified from and against all actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses which the Bank may incur in relation or arising out of the Obligations and pay to the Bank on demand all the payments, losses, costs, charges, commissions, damages and expenses incurred or suffered by the Bank in consequence thereof, whether directly or indirectly.
