Subject: автомобильная доверенность Пожалуйста, скажите, не знаете, как по-аншлийски называют нашу автомобильную доверенность (доверенность на управление ТС)?Заранее спасибо |

As I understand it, this is authorization given by the owner to drive a specific vehicle, not a driver's license. In the U.S. there is almost never any document conferring this right. Rather, if you are stopped by the police and you are not the owner of the car you can be charged with "unauthorized use of a motor vehicle" (or theft if the police have evidence you stole the car) and you will have to get the owner to tell the police that you had his/her permission to drive the car. |

я бы назвал просто - owner's written authorization. (потому как простая письменная форма документа, плюс доверенность на управление ТС это строго говоря никакая не доверенность в смысле гражданского законодательства). |
