The simple edition of the reason that lead to the keg-returns is not enough. I want to have analysis from which point the complaint is edited, and for which reason the beer is sour or cloudy, or whatever other reason. It can be a micro-problem in lthe liquid before filling, or a keg-cleaning issue, or a hygienic issue during filling (secondary contamination) or a problem at POC-level..
