Subject: Условия переписки ( контракт) Друзья, помогите врубиться чего хотят. )))Any notice expressly provided for under this Agreement shall be in writing, and shall be given either manually or by mail, telex or fax, and shall be deemed sufficiently given if and when received by the party to be notified, at its address set forth above, or if and when telexed, faxed or mailed, postage prepaid, addressed to such party at such address, when it should reach the other party in the ordinary course of telex, fax or mail.
