Subject: Help on translation fin. Exceptionally, for dully funded matters of urgency expenses above €100,000 might be approved through the purchasing system only in order to progress forward faster and not jeopardise the tournament, especially when closer to it. These situations have to be submitted case by case and have to be approved by UEFA.Please help me translate this sentence. |
