2.1. Filter vessel
Filter vessels are of free standing cozy type, meaning they can be separated from heating jacket without dismantling this jacket.
The vessels are built in stainless steel with all internal wet surfaces machined and polished to Ra = 0.8, to avoid any dead spot. In addition, a manifold has been machined in the housing top head (flower shape) to drive polymer directly from the elements outlet to the housing outlet. Such design drastically reduces the dead zones thus increasing the quality of filtered product.
