The price for goods shall be agreed upon by the Parties to the Agreement and shal be specified per Supplier's selling price as shown in relevant invoices, bills, and specifications. Accounts - наверное не следует употреблять в данном случае. |

correct me if i'm wrong, but it does not reflect the russian correctly. "с указанием в соответсвующих накладных" does not mean "as shown" it means, literally "to be listed/shown/indicated in the respective invoices, etc...". IMHO "The Price of Goods shall be agreed upon by the parties and shall be based on/calculated in accordance with the Seller's price, and it shall be reflected/listed/indicated in the respective bills of lading, invoices and specifications." |
