Subject: Agreement :( Помогите, пожалуйста, с переводом части соглашения, я запуталась совсем :((1. В контексте данных принципиальных для нас положений, предлагается обсудить проект конкретного изложения данных положений в контракте. 2. Во всех других случаях возникновения обстоятельств прекращения договора, включая согласованный срок действия договора, Поставщик обязан , перед тем как выйти из обязательств по настоящему договору, выплатить Дистрибьютору согласованную сторонами сумму компенсации любым удобным для него, из нижеперечисленных, способом или их комбинацией, который стороны должны предварительно согласовать. 1. With regard to provisions being fundumental for us (our party) the discussion of detailed statement of these Contract provisions is offered. 2. In all other events of arising of Contract termination circumstances including the approved Contract time, the Supplier shall pay to the Distributor, prior to withdrawal from its Contract obligations, the reimbursement amount approved by the parties by any below-listed approppriate means or their combination, which shall be previously approved by the aprties. |

| 1. In a context of the contractual provisions which is principal for us, it is offered to bring up the Project for specific statement of the actual provisions upon the Contract. |

| 2. In all other cases when a Contract Termination Circumstances arises including the approved Contract Duration and before withdrawing from the obligations specified as per the current Contract, the Supplier is bound to pay off to the Distributor a compensation amount approved by the parties by any convenient for him ways or their combinations to be approved by the Parties in advance. |
