Hyperinflation? decreased opacity of the lungs? Decreased lung opacity ('blacker' appearing lungs) may result from pneumothorax, diseases associated with air trapping (e.g., emphysema), and hypoperfusion (e.g., shock, severe hypovolemia). Hyperinflation of the lungs means air is trapped in the small airways so the lungs appear larger than usual on the chest x-ray. |

decreased opacity of the lungs +1 + increased lung translucency Hyperinflation не имеет у нас прямого эквивалента, косвенный - уплощение купола диафрагмы, т.е. несколько другой признак тех же состояний. |
