Subject: pending or contemplated marketing applications in an ICH region pharm. 25 Retention of Clinical Trial Documentation. Subject notes must be kept for the maximum period permitted by the hospital, institution or private practice. If the Investigator cannot archive the documents at the trial site after trial completion, ХХ can refer the Investigator to an independent archiving provider who has a system in place that allows only the Investigator to access the files. The Investigator must be able to get hold of his/her trial documents without involving ХХ in any way. Clinical trial documentation must be retained until at least 2 years after the last approval of a marketing application in an ICH region, and until there are no pending or contemplated marketing applications in an ICH region, or at least 2 years have elapsed since the formal discontinuation of clinical development of the IMP. 1) Да. 2) Независимый архив, позволяющий доступ к материалам только исследователю. 3) Должен обеспечить хранение документации самостоятельно, без привлечения спонсора. 4) До тех пор, пока не будут рассмотрены все заявки на регистрацию препарата в регионах-членах ICH. |

регионах, принявших требования ICH, иначе не вяжется. члены Конференции звучит странновато :) |

| Конференция - это наша, не совсем верная трактовка. На самом деле, это ассоциация, конференции которой они называют meeting'ами. |
