Subject: in each of the Issuer’s four business segments law “Significant Subsidiary” means a subsidiary (i.e., an entity directly or indirectly controlled by the Issuer) listed in Annex hereto and/or:(i) whose consolidated assets constitute 5% or more of the total assets of the Issuer and its subsidiaries taken as a whole or 5% or more of such assets in each of the Issuer’s four business segments |
