Может, это период возобновление договора?Вот определение целиком: Exchange Period shall mean the period commencing with the Effective Date and (subject to Clause 20 (Termination and Breach of Contract) below) ending on the expiry of not less than six (6) months' written notice served by either party on the other such notice to expire not earlier than the third (3rd) anniversary of Start-Up. The Exchange Period may be extended in two (2) year periods by agreement of the parties on payment of the fee set out at clause 5.6. |
