In contrast, in Panel B, some polysaccharide–protein conjugates will be taken up by dendritic cells, which present peptides from the protein portion of the conjugate to type 2 helper T (Th2) cells. все так и есть: представляют пептиды белковой части конъюгата Дендритные клетки как раз и являются одной из разновидностей антиген-представляющих клеток (в другом Вашем вопросе). А Th2-клетки после этого контакта с антиген-представляющими клетками становятся "примированными", т.е. получившими "установку", против каких именно антигенов сейчас нужны антитела организму. |
