СЛ, peer это ровесник... поэтому.. может тут сказать об группе людей одного возраста? |

here peers are people similar to you - similar age and background,or demographic and psychgraphic, if you will. many hiv/aids help organizations believe that people of same class/social group/age group can relate better to one another as regards preventative educatoin. for instance, a high school student will probably respond better to someone his age/background when told to use protection, rather than hearing it from, say, a 60 year old doctor. |

| попробуйте "группы взаимопомощи". Это не совсем *точно* то, то суть та же - люди с одним и тем же заболеванием, с теми же проблемами |
