Subject: perfection of security Коллеги, кто знает русский эквивалент perfection? Речь идет о залогах, и что в некоторых странах местным законодатлеьством требуется какие-то доп. шаги для формирования залога... даже нашла описание термина на англ, а вот как правильно по-русски?
In law, perfection relates to the additional steps required to be taken in relation to a security interest in order to make it effective against third parties and/or to retain its effectiveness in the event of default by the grantor of the security interest.
