I have seen 'luxury apartments, homes, etc.' but only in advertisements to the end consumer, not used as professional term.

Rural real estate? Although, again, I have seen detailed promotional listings, such as "Farms, ranches, land, waterfront properties for sale"

I'm not sure I understand what the last one means. Secondary real estate market?

1. upscale real estate
2. rural real estate
3. Resale real estate market
