However, taking into account the specific nature of the Products, the Parties mutually agree that they cannot prevent parallel importations \ exportations which may be maid by their respective clients, wholesalers and international suppliers.

Should such parallel importations so occur, as THEY CANNOT OPPOSE THEIR CLIENTS SALE-REFUSALS , the Parties would try as far as possible to induce them into obtaining the Products on a priority basis from the other Party.
