1)Представлять интересы компании "А" в урегулировании финансовых отношений с компанией "В", зарегистрированной в торговом реестре под номером 1 по следующим контрактам.

To represent the Company “A” in regulation of financial relations with the Company “B”, entered in the Register of Commerce under number 1, on the following contracts.

2) Представлять торговые и финансовые интересы компании "A" в рамках указанных контрактов, в связи с возникшей задолженностью компании "B" перед компанией "A".

Мой вариант:

To represent commercial and financial interests of the Company “A” within the frameworks of specified contracts in connection with the indebtedness of the Company “B” to the Company “A”.
