Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
На данный момент согласно инвойсу №ххх с ОАО xxxxx списаны следующие суммы, подлежащие налогообложению в Российской Федерации.

At present, ????? JSC ххх has been debited for the following amounts taxable in the Russian Federation:

Я бы заменил at present на currently, но это просто интуитивно.

It should actually be just 'per,' not 'as per.' A common error (but no biggie).
