а здесь не перепутано кто исполнитель?

-модель в программировании сайтов - mockup/mock-up
-верстка чаще всего page layout
-Contractor deploys the template under a temporary domain name ...
-не знаю насколько походит, но общей суммы заказа я бы перевел как total price of the Contract.
- payment is due prior to testing ...
- я сам делал много сайтов и когда заключал контракты последующий платеж проходил как the next 30% milestone payment
