imho, from your translated sentense, it could be inferred that the specifications would not exceed the total amount of the contract. I think this is not what you are trying to say. Could we say it this way: Availbility of particular products may vary based on market condictions and price movements/changes. This Contract shall allow for product substitutions, provided that the cost of delivered products will not exceed the overall amount under this contract. |
