Subject: be read subject to thereto Уважаемые переводчики подскажите пажалуйста как правильно перевести такую фразу. встречается в следующем контексте:(b) in the event that there is a conflict between the provisions of this Lease and the Loan Agreement the terms of the Loan Agreement shall prevail and all the provisions of this Lease shall ?be read subject to thereto and construed accordingly?. все положения настоящего Lease должны читаться и толковаться в соответствии с Договором займа. subject to thereto я не встречал, очень может быть, что это неграмотная конструкция, но другого смысла у нее все равно быть не может |
