OOO Aerotechservice's representatives have provided the custom authorities of the Russian Federation with the following invoices: No FZ 00025-05/06 dd 05.05.2006; No FZ 00026-05/06 dd 10.05.2006; No FZ 0025-05/06 dd 05.05.2006, drawn by “Technical and Сommercial Center”,according to which, the cost of the imported equipment amounted to 98 232 Russian Rubles. The purpose of import stated in the Import Declaration 10001020/140506/0000422 was repair only.
Moreover, Vnukovo Customs Authorities have learned, that by the time of coming in, the repair was not neccessary. After the importation the equipment has been sent to OAO Aviacor Samara Aircraft Factory and installed into TU-154M aircraft Serial No 93А979.(Side Number 85795).
According to Central Expert-Criminal Authority's of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation expert's conclusion No 5/355-08 dd 08.12.2008, cost of thedesignated equipment is equal to 11 175 212 of Russian Rubles and not to 98 232 as indicated in the invoces.
Consequently was found that the documents provided to the Customs Authorities of the Russian Federation by Aerotech, such as: contract 2002ТКС603 dd 21.08.2002, invoices No FZ 00025-05/06 dd 05.05.2006; No FZ 00026-05/06 dd 10.05.2006; No FZ 0025-05/06 dd 05.05.2006 bear the signs of forgery.
Considering the fact, that air-navigation equipment forwarder appears to be Chezh company
'Technical and Сommercial Center” and the equipment has been imported into the customs area of the Russian Federation from the territory of the Chezh Republic, there is a pressing need in taking an action on investigation in the territory of the Chezh Republic.
Pursuant to Article 453 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and according to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Strasbourg — 20.04.1959)Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Strasbourg -17.03.1978).
