• Once the success factors have been met, the project will be closed and the Customer ICA invoiced.
• Project closure acknowledgement notice with variances or recommendations will be issued.
• On a random base over the multiple Implementation Projects that MasterCard handles, MasterCard will send a “Customer Satisfaction Survey” to the Customer project managers.
