Subject: has chosen to make the second publication sooner rather than later In the March 2009 Memorandum, we discuss whether the double publication requirement introduced by the New Law applies to [X] and provide arguments that go both ways.We understand that the second publication was made on February 25, 2009 because the designated mass media is a weekly publication that is published only every Wednesday and [X] could thus make the second publication either on February 25 or March 4, i.e. either 27 days or 34 days after the first one. It appears that [X] has chosen to make the second publication sooner rather than later. Представляется, что [X] предпочел осуществить вторую публикацию в более раннюю дату (не скажешь же "не позднее, а раньше"???) или есть другие варианты?
