Немного пришлось поменять оригинал, но там трудности из-за того, что время одновременно используется как "точный момент времени" и "период времени": Ensure delivery of the goods by the end of working hours at the point of the goods' destination subject to the condition that, as per the Customer's order, a vehicle shall be provided for loading at such time as to enable the Customer to deliver the goods to the Client, taking into account the time necessary to comply with the prescribed loading procedures and the time in transit in accordance with the Schedule |

imho The Carrier shall deliver the goods before end of working hours at destination (point) always provided the time of a vehicle arrival for loading as ordered by the Customer .. |
| gives the Carrier enough time for loading at a minimum loading rate and transit as agreed in the Annex to the Agreement. |
