Subject: помогите распутать сложноподчиненные предложения Предложение направлено Заказчику на рассмотрение; после получения комментариев Подрядчику было предложено продолжить выполнение договора на условиях, которые Подрядчик посчитал непримлемыми для себя, о чем известил официально.Контекст: пункт отчета о выполнении пакета согласованных мероприятий. Мой вариант: Proposal was submitted to the Employer for review. Having obtained the Employer's comments we suggested the Contractor to continue the Contract implementation subject to revised conditions but they were considered by the Contractor as unacceptable. The Contractor has submitted official refusal. Заранее спасибо. |

| The Proposal was submitted to the Employer for review. The Employer's comments having been received, we suggested that the Contractor proceed with the implementation of the Contract subject to the revised conditions. However, the Contractor considered them (those revisions) unacceptable. The Contractor has submitted the official refusal. |
