Subject: resistor insertion switching electr.eng. Помогите, пожалуйста перевести фразу resistor insertion switching. Фраза встречается в следующем контексте: ARTICLE 1. The TransMaster switch and accessories sold with it are warranted on a pro-rata basis for four (4) years after initial installation, provided the installation is made within one (1) year of shipment; or for a total of 40,000 operations whichever occurs first. The above warranty is restricted to operation of the TransMaster within ten percent (1 0%) of the rated control voltage and not to exceed a rate of 1 00 operations in one (1) hour including those applications in which a capacitor bank and furnace transformer are switched simultaneously by one (1) TransMaster switch. The frequency of operation shall be limited to a prescribed number of operations per hour for resistor insertion switching, dependent upon study of circuit parameters as specified in Manufacturer's proposal for and/or acceptance of any individual order.

отталкиваясь от insertion switch - переключатель для ввода данных делаю смелое предположение:) - резисторный переключатель или переключение резисторов (?) (- только не бейте больно:) |

да, похоже на подключение последовательных резисторов. но есть вариант с активной (резисторной) нагрузкой. схему бы посмотреть |
