Valves shall have flanged, socket welded, or screwed connections in accordance with ANSI Standards. Steel flanges shall be raised face type unless otherwise required. Cast iron and bronze flanges shall be flat face type. Special end configuration may be necessary when a piping class change occurs at a valve and if the end type (welded, flanged or screwed) or the weld prep detail is different between the two pipe classes. Valves shall have weld ends to higher class pressure. Pipe weld end for lower class pressure shall be adjusted to suit. Это имеется в виду что ли? В особых случаях на фланцах одного или обоих концов арматуры может быть указано о необходимости демонтажа для облегчения обслуживания оборудования или самой арматуры. |
