Пожалуйста, помогите перевести convert

Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
During the Term of this Agreement we undertake not to convert any Net New MasterCard Cards to a Competing Brand and also not to convert issued cards till the end of the expiration date.

mt предлагает для convert - "обращать в другую веру", т.е. здесь это, видимо, не переходить на другие карты или карты конкурирующих платежных систем

А что здесь подразумевается под Net New MasterCard Cards?
