Subject: commercial close Что-то никак не соображу....встречается в тексте договора..так есть еще и Financial close - закрытие финансового периода....ну это понятно, а вот что такое commercial close вообще не соображу... вот контекст: The Contractor also assumes that the Contract may require further amendments after the commercial close (i.e. Contract signed but not effective) to reflect any changes that occur after this date and/or requirements of financing bank(s). заранее спасибо за любую подсказку. |
| Ну если "за любую", то, может быть, имеет смысл просто перевести разъяснение, данное для этого термина в скобках? Всем всё понятно, и все счастливы. |

(TSX: ARE) announced today that its Buildings Division has reached commercial close on the previously announced renovation and expansion of the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute’s (Toronto Rehab) University Centre on University Avenue in Toronto. Commercial close means that Aecon has successfully completed negotiations with Infrastructure Ontario and Toronto Rehab, and has signed the required project award documents. |
