This Contract shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns and no other person shall have any rights hereunder, provided, however, that the Parties' respective Affiliates, directors, officers and employees shall be express third party beneficiaries as contemplated in Articles 9.1 and 9.2, with the same effect as if each of them had been parties hereto, and each Party acknowledges that the Affiliates, directors, officers and employees of the other shall be entitled to rely on such provisions.
