Subject: Агентский договор Это оригинал: Агент обязуется:Осуществлять, соблюдая интересы Принципала, все предусмотренные законодательством Российской Федерации права организатора указанного выше конкурса, в том числе готовить и публиковать извещение о проведении конкурса, назначать конкурсную комиссию, формировать и утверждать конкурсную документацию, по результатам Конкурса выбрать победителя и подписать с ним протокол о результатах Конкурса. Это соответственно мое творение:the Agent shall: in compliance with the Principal`s interests exercise all the RF legislation required rights to act as the organizer of the abovementioned tender that means to prepare and issue the tender notification, to appoint the tender committee, develop and approve the tender documentation, as per the tender results to select a successful tenderer and to sign a report on the tender results. Учитывая конец рабочего, не самого легкого дня, опять прошу о помощи. Посмотрите, плиз, и ваши замечания are highly appreciated. |

The Agent agrees with due regard for the Principal's interests to exercise all rights conferred upon the organiser of the above-said Tender by legislation of the Russian Federation, including (but not limited to) the right to prepare and publish a Tender Notice, to appoint a tender committee, to develop and approve the tender documentation, to select a successful bidder through the tendering procedure (on a competitive basis?) and together with the successful bider to sign a tender result report. |
