Это говоорит актер, он разговаривает с репортером о том, что многие молодые актеры "облажались" не смотря на деньги, славу и успех. То есть сначала все хорошо, а потом как он говорит, почему же никто не вмешался и не помог Shit happens, and it happens quickly.
