(a) Subject to Clause 8.6 (Third Party Fees), the General Partner shall be entitled to receive, in respect of each Limited Partner, and there shall be allocated to the General Partner in respect of each Accounting Period, an amount equal to 2% per annum of:

(1) the aggregate amount of Contributions made by that Limited Partner to the Partnership (excluding any amount of those Contributions used to pay Partnership Expenses or the General Partner's Share) reduced (A) by that Limited Partner's pro rata share of the Acquisition Cost of Investments realised or, where part of an Investment is realised, that Limited Partner's pro rata share of the proportion thereof that the Acquisition Cost of the Investment so realised bears to the total Acquisition Cost of such Investment and (B) where and for so long as an Investment has been written down to 25% or less of its Acquisition Cost, by that Limited Partner's pro rata share of the sum of the Acquisition Cost of such Investment less its remaining written down value (provided that in this (B) if the Investment is the remainder of a partly realised Investment then references to the Acquisition Cost shall be to the Acquisition Cost of that remainder of the Investment based on the proportion referred to in (A)),
