The special expansion must guarantee the filling of irregular passages and with complex patterns. The collars must be made of a galvanised steel flexible continuous tape with pre-cut segments, made with a 50x12mm intumescent system, which can be adjusted on site according to the diameter of the technical crossing. The tape must be wounded around the pipe and hooked with the special metal snap angle bar. The system must be applied on the fire side externally to the wall, by means of metal expansion plugs the number of which depends on the diameter of the pipe to be protected.
