Subject: machine seal tech. подскажите, пожалуйста, что могло бы значить сочетание machine seal в инструкции по подшпникам. например, в таком контексте:The oil ring, machine seals, end seals and bearings are packed separately. Причем просто seal (уплотнение) и machine seal это разные вещи. заранее спасибо! |

Machine seal Тоже не знаю как перевести. Привожу пример описания. - In the case of the flange mounted bearings, the machine seal reduces the influence of positive and negative pressure in the machine thus preventing leakages at the inner seal area. The space between the machine seal and the bearing housing must always be vented to atmospheric pressure. The size of the gap between shaft and machine seal influences the sealing effect. |

Подшипник крупного оборудования - генератора или турбины На рисунке по ссылке machine seal под номером 10 Судя по описанию и рисунку, за этой перегородкой находится уже пространство турбины... Я думаю про вариант "торцевая перегородка" или может "фланцевая перегородка". |

Machine Seals Machine seals of aluminium alloy material are fitted at the inboard end of the bearing assemblies to prevent oil mist being drawn out of the bearings due to the creation of partial vacuum inside the machine. Machines seals for the centre flange assemblies only, are in halves. The space between it and the assembly is ventilated to outside atmosphere with two airbalanced pipes. The clearance gap between the shaft and the machine seal can be closed, if required, by fitting greased packing into the machine seal. Machine seals for end flange assembly are in one piece. Assembly of this seal is over the shaft, and is bolted to the machine frame at the inboard side of the bearing, prior to fitting the bearing casing. |
