There are no regulatory guidelines in the US for clinical development of ХХХ products. FDA has only issued CMC guidelines. In addition, public assessment reports (EPARs from EMEA and Product Approval Information from FDA) from the approval of the products already on the market are available, from which information can be obtained on the programs that have supported their approval in the EU and US. The clinical development program for ХХХ will aim at matching at least the minimal programme outlined in the above mentioned documents.
