A blank, system suitability, standard, sample were prepared as per method and placebo,
sample spiked with known impurities was prepared as per protocol. All the
solutions were injected as described in the protocol. The peak purity index for the main
peak and known impurities in standard preparation, sample preparation and sample spiked
with known impurities preparation were determined and recorded.
