Procedure
Blank, unstressed sample preparations were prepared as per the method and unstressed
placebo was prepared as per protocol.

The Placebo were subjected to following stress
conditions.

Acid degradation : The sample was refluxed in 1N Methanolic HCl for 1hour.

Base degradation : The sample was refluxed in 1N Methanolic NaOH for 1 hour.

Oxidation : The sample was heated in 3% H2O2 at 40°C for 1 hour

Thermal degradation: The sample was kept at 100°C up to 72 hours.

Photo degradation : The sample was subjected to 1.2 million lux hours in the photo
chamber.
