Exactly and both I and Bob West with Echelon One were some of the original folks that were actually on the business community point *** I was on the first *** world we did actual financial transactions with one and two partners. We learned a lot of painful lessons, we’ll be sharing those frank lessons with participants. *** that your operational staff is *** only have the data *** transactions in most cases most cases, and when you doing that you ** with only what you can see on your side and if you have not built the capability *** you won’t have availability to the data on the other side to see what’s breaking over the other half of the relationship. So you find yourself making pager calls at 2 a.m. and getting somebody on the phone and then reading transactions back and forth and setting things manually, which is a big surprise to folks and not the way we like to build an enterprise for a system for identity. So it is one of the challenges and we’ll be sharing a number of those but we look for *** we hope to be on and entertaining and engaging and yet analyzing sessions for participants.
